We at Pocket Arena have developed various NFT gaming properties that are community driven. In order to maintain a healthy ecosystem and ensure a smoother operation of these Web 3.0 properties to all users involved, we have created this PA Policy of Do’s and Don'ts.
In this guide we will highlight the Dos and Don'ts in areas related to account creation, fair gameplay, online transactions and more.
Our main aim is to spot irregularities and promote fair gameplay which is beneficial to all. So please ensure you follow the Do’s and Don'ts of Pocket Arena User Policy:
Do use only one account to play Castle Defense . To get started, users have to sign up and create a new Pocket Arena account. Using this account, users can play Castle Defense and other Pocket Arena Games
Don’t use multiple accounts to play Castle Defense . Any user found to be playing on multiple instances or accounts at the same time will be banned. This is done in order to maintain a fair gaming ecosystem for other players.
Do use only a single tab or a browser to play Castle Defense or any Pocket Arena games.
Don’t play Castle Defense or any Pocket Arena games on a multi tab/browser. Playing on multi tab/browser is not allowed and PA accounts will be banned permanently.
Do use your own Debit/Credit card while undergoing any kind of transaction on Pocket Arena platforms.
Don’t use Debit/Credit cards belonging to other people. This may lead to a payment dispute and the transaction will be reverted back.
Do maintain healthy conversations on Pocket Arena official channels.
Don’t indulge in abusive conversations on Pocket Arena official channels or else the user will be penalized.
Do follow Official Pocket Arena channels to stay updated on recent news and game developments.
Don’t fall prey to scammers and phishing emails who claim to be representatives of Pocket Arena.
Do use one account on one device only to play Castle Defense or any Pocket Arena games. One Account could be played on different devices but NEVER at the same time. You can switch between phone and laptops but NEVER play at the same time. We can detect this easily and will be banned forever. Multiple devices and accounts can be used one internet IP.
Don’t play Castle Defense or any Pocket Arena games using multiple accounts on one device. Playing multiple accounts on one device is not allowed and PA accounts will be banned permanently. We have zero tolerance policy against macro users.
